The Door to Space

A dream I had, a door to space,

A portal to the stars,

A gateway to the unknown,

To galaxies afar.

I stood before the door,

My heart aflutter with fear,

But something drew me closer,

A voice that whispered clear.

"Step through, brave soul," it said,

"And journey to the stars,

To places never seen,

To worlds beyond the bars."

I hesitated at first,

But then I took the leap,

And as I crossed the threshold,

I felt a sudden sweep.

I was transported through the cosmos,

To places far and wide,

I saw nebulas and supernovas,

And planets on the rise.

I flew through swirling galaxies,

And danced with comets bright,

I saw the birth of solar systems,

And marveled at their light.

And as I journeyed on,

I knew that I was changed,

For in that dream of outer space,

I felt my spirit range.

So if you ever have a dream,

Of a door that leads to space,

Don't be afraid to venture through,

And find your own true place.
