The Devils War

Innocent People suffer why?

The Devil's War

In shadows deep,

where silence weeps,

the devil dances.

With iron fists

and hearts of stone,

he sows the seeds,

sorrow is born.

Fields once green,

now stained with dread,

where laughter died

and hope has fled.

The cries of children,

lost in the night,

an echo the pain

in a fading light.

Men march forth,

fire in their eyes,

bearing the weight of war

and countless goodbyes.

The sound of boots

on shattered ground,

is the dirge of peace,

forever drowned.

In the name of glory,

they fight and they fall,

yet who remembers

the innocent, as they call?

For every victory,

a mother weeps,

while the devil smiles.

Cities crumble,

as shadows grow tall;

the devil's work

is a merciless call.

And in the ruins,

where hope once bloomed,

the ghosts of war

in the silence loom.

So heed the tale

of the devil's game,

for in his laughter,

there’s lies no gain.

A world divided,

in darkness it sways;

war is the devil's work

in a cruel deadly game.

All we want is peace

on this Earth.
