The Dessert

Biscoff Cookie Pie

By Forest GreenPublished 2 days ago • 1 min read

Behold the golden disk of pure delight,

A caramelized crown of spiced perfection.

Crushed lotus biscuits whispering of butter and brown sugar,

Pressing together in a joyous mosaic

To form the sacred vessel.

And within—

Oh, within!—

A sea of liquid sunshine,

Velvet spread of cinnamon and crunched-up dreams,

Swirling thick and rich

Like autumn leaves caught in a golden afternoon.

No fork is timid here.

It plunges deep through the crumbly crust,

Unearthing a treasure map of sweet indulgence.

A single bite erupts upon the tongue:

Warm, spiced, and unapologetically rich,

Dancing on the tastebuds like a sudden burst of confetti.

Laughter spills across the table,

Crumbs like fallen stars dusting our smiles.

A simple slice of baked euphoria,

Reminding us that joy is best served warm,

And thick,

And dripping with Biscoff bliss.
