what light is there in the darkest hours,
what grace sheds hope from fears unknown?
we challenge the fear of chance, stammering in the pretense of bewilderment,
we seek the future,
without hope of reality;
where is the calm?
where is our soul’s search for peace?’
we only deliver that which is here,
that which is now,
that which is binding,
responding only to,
that which is abbreviated in our belief,
we succumb to the truth living in the arena of pretense,
shuttling from one to the other,
eventually, fading into the comfort zone of our mind!
here we find peace,
with peace we find light, light to navigate,
the darkest hours.
