The Cosmic Dust

Wishes beneath the endless sky

AI-created picture "human looking at Geminid Shooting Star" - my prompt.

The Geminids are flying fast away

Yet every time a little stay

The amazing tale of burning rock

Will descend to Earth, an angel’s frock

--oo--oo--oo--oo--oo--oo--oo--

No one will see these ashes thin

bringing message from the begin

Of life or destruction of what has come

From out of Space the Heavenly some

--oo--oo--oo--oo--oo--oo--oo--

The Gods play dice with destiny

Driving the chariots with infinity

Phaethon nearly crashed the sun

The sparks, like shooting stars, now run

--oo--oo--oo--oo--oo--oo--oo--

From cosmic hands and burning sun.

Unused, the asteroids remain,

Building blocks of life's refrain.

Material from birth of universe’s schocks

--oo--oo--oo--oo--oo--oo--oo--

Forever doomed to circle in icy cold

As thoughts that no one ever told

The secrets are hidden for our eyes

Pollution covers all when a star cries

--oo--oo--oo--oo--oo--oo--oo--

No one ever find the dust that falls

When Gods send out their calls

At least the humans make their wish,

But always bound by earthly swish
