The Company Will March
A company of men in a marching column,
A company of men in line at the docks,
A company of men on the airfields,
In the skies,
A company of men,
A company of men,
There’s no purer sound than the beat of the drum,
There’s no purer scent than the salt of the sea,
There’s no purer sight than to pierce the clouds,
There’s no purer body than a company of men,
A company of men,
Always a company,
No more and no less,
Always a company,
No matter the test,
For a company of men,
Is the company of man,
The beginning,
Not the end,
To plan,
Raise a company,
Raise it now,
From the town,
From the cribs,
From the yards,
For the crown,
Stitch them a colour,
Make it bright,
Make it large,
O we will march again,
The company will march
