Start: At first I saw black, I held nothing back.
I wore my feelings on my sleeve.
I then saw white.
It was my my very first light.
I felt the warmth and love you breathe.
The change so sudden.
To be a bun with no oven,
the colors they started to blur.
I first noticed joy
and the love in your voice, I just knew this had to be yellow.
My heart matched with yours.
So mellow a tempo,
yielding feelings, expressions!
What do other colors have in store??
Then one day came green.
I have just one thing, but NOW I share it with others!
Contempt for content, an envious ploy.
Why is green so keen to destroy??
A moments decay given such devious ways.
For the stage is now set for dissent.
Pain and such rage as red shows it's face.
Truly anger can't be so alone!
Deep inside it yields passion, and a calming distraction.
Confusing that red is so.
It hurts and soothes as it holds and it bruises.
Trapped in this cage, this prison of woe...
Hey blue, I see you.
Am I sad in this truth?
Oh shouldn't blue prove to sooth, how uncouth!
Betrayal of self, my heart, my vision.
Spiraling with ease down the comforting infinitum depression.
All boundless and dreary,
but also so dearly the most beautiful reflection of soul.
I've felt waves of emotion.
Each color devoted, to being it's best form unturned.
Pure and still, each a thrill.
Painful, peaceful. Each new feel.
Color knows not what invocation it cast!
As each spellbinding wave come to crash.
Distilling the mote in such simple souls.
A spectrum of pain to train, entertain the admonition that we are so small.
With each color felt, to break down and build.
The rainbow mote that you've come to yield.
Forever blending in mislead confinement.
Now a giant of swirling hue and refinement!
Which did all start from nigh.
The color black, or hence it's lack is all you knew before you were "I".
