Beneath the blazing sun
Charioteers take their places
Only the best of the best compete
Years of training
Of blood, sweat and tears
Have brought them to where
They now stand tall
True masters of their craft
A horn sounds and chariots take flight
Each wheel spinning a tale
That speaks of valor and glory
Hooves pound the earth in a thunderous beat
A deafening roar bursts from the crowd
A symphony of voices,
Their joyful shouts ring proud
A test of courage, luck, and skill
Charioteers push on with nerves of steel
Preparing for obstacles with fierce motivation
Faces colored with fierce determination
Each turn a delicate dance
A balancing act of skill and speed
They ride on fearless, strong, and free
Valor displayed for the world to see
Shouts and screams echo across the arena
Not even a moment later
The crowd goes silent
Clash! Three chariots collide
Sand kicks up in small swirling storms
Blinding competitors and spectators alike
Drivers cling to their reigns
Horses rear and grunt
When all the dust has finally cleared
A triumphant cry rises above all the rest
As, victorious and unscathed,
The victor emerges to face the crowd
An emblem of determination
of dreams at long last fulfilled
In a moment of glory one chariot stands tall
A symbol of triumph,
The one who conquered all
