A castle
with high walls
historical and old
hidden in the hills
surrounded by fields.
A wonderous
old building
once housed by
elite people,
Kings and Queens,
Prince and Princesses.
An untold history
never forgotten
but now no more.
Crumbling walls,
cold slippery dampness,
seeping with reflections
of past souls
seeping in
thick icy air.
*
Wispy areas,
cobwebs cursed
whilst
ghosts lurk
watching strangers
wander around
misty soot of
wafting dust,
a lingered rust.
*
Steps lead up
a banister of fluff.
The mustering of bodies
equipped with icy spite,
this spooky,
old forsaken castle
once a place
to call home
