The Call

“Death of a Dying Star”

By Kifyha Mosley - L. F. Phoenix Published 6 years ago 1 min read

“The Call”

Today my heart is heavy

A massive black hole

The continued “feeling” of nothingness

Deep dwelling sorrow

A galaxy of dying stars

Aflame and descending

Swirling is the darkness

Ever growing, ever maturing

She is consumed and bonded

A carrier of hate

With vengeance in mind

She is my reflection

To save this vessel

A permanent sacrifice offered

A need for someone’s mastery

Our lonely silent cries

Mourning what was given away

Contemplating between life

And an everlasting death

We are almost ready
