Exploring the Dark Realities

Beneath the surface, there lies a truth

A truth so dark, so deep, so uncouth

It hides in shadows, in corners unseen

A truth that's painful, a truth that's mean

It lurks in secrets, in things unsaid

In buried feelings, in tears unshed

It's the weight that pulls you down to the ground

The weight that silences every sound

The truth is bitter, it's hard to swallow

It's a truth that's hard to face, hard to follow

But in its depths, lies a glimmer of light

A chance to grow, a chance to take flight

So don't be afraid, don't turn away

Embrace the darkness, face it today

For in its grip, lies a chance to be true

To yourself, to others, to all that you do.
