9.

We finally make it there

Alia looking fine as ever

People cheering loud as fireworks

The camera crews in position

I felt like a celebrity

The cat’s out the bag

I helped save a person

Some kid who was drowning

He fell off the railing

I stripped to my underwear

And dove in without question

Something had come over me

I couldn’t just stand by

But anywho, what’s it worth

The mayor had reached out

He’s rewarding me the key

The key to the city

You gotta be kidding me

Cameras were everywhere in sight

Time to rock this show

surreal poetry
