At the bottom of it all below
where a single eye has ever seen,
there are such secret and silent words
written that bring peace to all who read
Them. They cannot be reached by light but
all who look see them. They make no sound,
but all who listen can hear them. And
when they are beheld, you know your name
As it was pronounced millions of years
ago when we split to twenty-three,
And you were but an energetic
thing, an atom high in the morning
Sun. Archetypes unwritten in the
Morning dew, that greet you with the breath
of history, waiting for the past
and so poised for the future places
Where we all will be one with you as
you are one with us, my friend. We stand
at the river. It will now be served.
As you are always alone amongst
Every face you have ever perceived.
Unaware, unawake, unyielding
We will all leave you and know who we
all are. The basal dawn takes us to
A forgotten and forbidden place
where wholeness stands waiting. A human
dialectic to be torn in two,
So were you, my friend, I’ll be there soon.
