The Anger

Feelings with no outlet

By Peter RosePublished 2 months ago 1 min read

The Anger

The anger bubbles up inside

The anger overtakes my mind

The anger resents my sleep

The Anger is at my life

The Anger against a God who allows this

 The anger is taking over

Nothing much has changed but the anger arrives

Those who cause the anger are not aware it is there

The anger is consuming me but only inside

I am old but the anger is young

The anger is at a life spent caring for other mind that is now gone

The body holding that mind is still here but so hard to adjust

To fact it no longer connects to reality of our life

Love is a memory that holds us tight

Not any fault or failing just illness of the mind

The Anger is at an existence now so spoilt

A person still here but a mind that is not

Love and tolerance is shown, care and love remain so strong

The anger must be kept inside away from display

No  blame can be apportioned Love is to conquer all
