Temporary

What I’m feeling is all just…

Temporary.

My location,

How I’m treated.

My weight,

My mindset.

My position in life.

Temporary.

None of this is permanent.

Remember that.

In times of stress and worry.

Remember,

All this is temporary.

I mean come on.

I’m only twenty- five,

I have a lot of time left.

To change to grow.

To find my place.

But at the same time,

Do I?

I don’t know.

Life’s short.

So each day.

I commit to change.

Bettering myself.

Opening myself up more,

For connections with others.

Growth with myself.

In times of stress,

And

Anxiety.

I need to remember

It’s all just

Temporary.
