I was thinking that tech was the problem
It was eating a lot of my time
But it turns out that what was the problem
Was feeling alone all the time

I filled my time with hobbies
That didn't do the trick
I filled my time with news
I started feeling sick

I filled my time with friends
Not TV, computer, or phone
I felt alright again
'Cause I was no longer alone
