Take a Time

Of all the things that I have seen,
None compare to nature's scene.
The rising sun, the starry night,
The windswept trees, a bird in flight.

The mountains tall, the oceans wide,
The beauty that I cannot hide.
The colors of a blooming field,
A rainbow after the rain has spilled.

The sound of waves upon the shore,
A peacefulness that I adore.
The rustling leaves, the falling snow,
A world of wonder to behold.

And in this world, so vast and grand,
I find my place, my own little land.
A place where I can be myself,
A place where I can find some help.

For in this world, I am not alone,
I am surrounded by a beauty that's grown.
A beauty that fills my heart with grace,
And puts a smile upon my face.
