When the Mojo Goes Missing
When the Mojo Goes Missing And what I learned by not trying to force it back I’m happy to report that my writing mojo has returned—at least partially. But for a solid week (maybe longer), it was nowhere to be found. And I’ll be honest—it rattled me more than I expected.

Echo
Place my feet in his footprints; whole body fitting within the dusky shield of his shadow like my limp, wimpering heart would fit in the palm of his hand. Walk his line, and, when he talks, whisper back nothing but his own words—Hello? Is someone there—once upon a time, there was a girl.

No Walking Today
💨💨💨💨Wind blows strong today. We won’t be walking, no way. Wind, wind go away. 💨💨💨💨 Till next time, Calvin [Author's note: Every day starts with a walk along the beach with my two best buddies - Ella and Gi Gi. Not this morning though, 90km winds gusts put an end to that. I didn't have any lead boots to keep them grounded. Difficult to say no to those two cute faces though. ]
