Sonnet
A Marital Sonnet
(This is my first time trying a sonnet.) Her golden mane cascaded with glare. Lovingly the locks bouncing with flare. I gawked at her flowing curls and was locked in a stare. Her beauty and glistening glow caused me a trance in hypnotically glare. Looking over her shoulder she caught me with an intent of affair. Difficult now to break away, my eyes would do so with great care. Fading away this goddess remained striking. If I was to follow, it's because of her intensity I'm liking. Devoutly married, and if I defiantly varied, I feel my life would be tumultuous. Yet conspicuously incognito I'm sure I yearned for her body voluptuous. Yet steadfast I would remain with my confidence I would gain. Yet again reminded of her golden locks I unwillingly remain. My attention is distracted by an angelic, cooing voice. And much to my awaking surprise, the voice of my wife, the Goddess of my choice. Mgm 12/2/24
