The old Victorian mansion had been empty for years. It stood tall and imposing, shrouded in shadows that seemed to reach out and grab at anyone who passed by. The locals whispered that it was cursed, that the dark past of the family who had once lived there had left a lingering presence that refused to leave. But when the Forrester family moved in, they didn't believe in ghosts or curses. They were looking for a fresh start, a new home to call their own. They had no idea what they were getting into.
