We wear faces to hide our pain We wear hills to elevate us from our muddy sorrows We paint our true feelings by being clowns

Have you ever made one of these word maps called “Word Clouds”? I remember making these in school and I’m not going to lie, when you have a hard time with positive self image these can be quite difficult to make.

A letter to my younger self
Dear me, Its me, you. I just wanted to write you and say that I love you. I know it's been a while since you heard it. And I am so proud of you. I know you are doing the best you can right now with what you got. You are so strong. I know you feel like the world is caving in around you and that there is no light at the end of the tunnel. I know you feel like there is no place for you on this plane of existence and that the world would be a better place without you in it. But I am here to tell you that that is just not true.
