My Warm Heart
Merry Christmas to the one I never thought I'd meet Oh how we fell in love in the Bangkok heat You looked so radiant and offered me a seat I was so nervous I couldn't stop my shaking feet You loved taking silly photos of me A side of me very few get to see I was never the object of someone's photos, but how i wished to be With you there was no hidden fee Those disco lights made for magical nights Through those crowded streets we would fight My heart stopped being full of fright I finally felt like a knight We sang our favorite songs all night long Loving you could never feel wrong I was on top of the world, ever so strong One day time would bring us further along This winter warmed my cold heart Watching you allowed me to create this art But I started my race with a false start It was enough watching you get to play your part

The Gift of Togetherness
The Gift of Togetherness:A Reflection on Love, Gratitude, and Holiday Harmony A Holiday Reflection The streets aglow, the season near, Family gathers, hearts sincere. Gratitude hums in whispers low, Friendship's warmth in faces shows. No storm, no snow, just quiet peace, The ticking clock, a sweet release. Candles flicker, their light divine, A timeless bond through space aligns. Talk of gifts fills markets loudly, Prices soar; the malls are proud. Yet what’s the worth of fleeting things, When love alone true value brings? Children dream of toys and play, But lessons taught should light their way. A hug, a smile, a story told, Are treasures far more pure than gold. For life’s true gift, both vast and free, Is time we share, the community . With every moment, let us sow The seeds of kindness, let them grow. So leave the rush, the circus parade, Choose memories that will never fade. A cup of tea, a laugh, a song, Is where the heart has always belonged. In quiet homes, our spirits rise, Together, love won’t compromise. The holidays remind us so— What truly matters is love’s warm glow.

The Ringing Over, Over, and Over
A salvation worker Stands and Shake their bells like clovers Made of gold. Only a wish away from a problem Being over. Outside stores for luck, Stood in the present as Customers spend their bucks. Ironically, walks by... the buck. Begging for a merry merry merry. Wearing unpopular colors, White and cherry. The ringing over over And over. Thank you for reading!
