art
Poetry and art go hand in hand; in fact, a poem is just art in the written form.
The Last Storm
The wind howled through the empty streets, carrying with it the scent of rain that would never come. The sky, a dull shade of gray, loomed over the remains of a once-thriving city. Crumbling buildings stood like forgotten tombstones, their windows shattered, their walls cracked by time and neglect. The world had dried up, leaving nothing but dust and despair in its wake.

A Love Poem To M.J. 🍃✨. Content Warning.
☁️☁️ ☁️ ☁️ ☁️ ️️☁️ ☁️ ☁️ Dawn exhales ☁️ in blue haze, carbon fiber clouds unravel— slow, sticky, sweet. ☁️ Gelato lingers, ☁️ a sugared hush— lemon syrup slit-thin on my tongue, dripping gold into the hollow of morning. ☁️ Smoke ️☁️

Beyond the Void
For as long as I can remember, a nagging void had taken up residence in my heart. It was a hollow ache that echoed through every waking moment, a constant reminder that something was amiss. I'd tried to fill it with every coping mechanism under the sun – distractions, diversions, and fleeting pleasures. But no matter how hard I tried, I always ended up back at square one, staring up at the daunting mountain of my own emptiness.
