Ingredients: Moonlight (sometimes called “hope” or “your best” in some stores)
1. Feel into the darkness surrounding you, allowing yourself to soak entirely into nihilistic melancholy. Be sure to do so until all anger and anguish dissolves.
2. Find moonlight.
3. Add moonlight in whatever quantity you can; an eyedropper, a cup, but whatever you do, don’t stop.
4. Continue until achieving desired shade of dawn. Best enjoyed on a call room morning.
