Summon your strength for the weathering,

Miss out on sadness if you please;

Fight, Fight against the tethering.

~

It appears on ends with people lecturing,

And saying though it will not come with ease;

Summon your strength for the weathering.

~

Some fail, some frail crawl by, with little measuring,

On bare bent backs, and frost bitten knees;

Fight, Fight against the tethering.

~

Time rolls as gentle as fester and sweltering,

But watch, and listen, you learn the keys;

Summon your strength for the weathering.

~

Unkept wishes, with once blossoming relations now severing,

And joy washing away with every squeeze;

Fight, Fight against the tethering.

~

You must wait for seasons you’ll be entering,

Of grass stained clothes, and face kissed from slight breeze.

Summon your strength for the weathering.

Fight, Fight against the tethering.
