Fires and Monsoons

Fields changing colors

From tender to verdant greens,

Earth lives within all.

Humidity sticks

To the skin as rains erupt,

Gnashing and Howling.

Trees crackle and snap,

Wildfires devour leaving ash,

New sediment growth.

A warm gentle wind

Can transform into terror,

howling and stinging.
