Suffering is a part of life,

A challenge that we must all strive

To overcome and rise above,

And find the strength to keep on chug.

Though pain may come and trials abound,

And darkness seems to close around,

We must remember, deep inside,

That hope and light will still abide.

For suffering is not a foe,

But rather, a chance to grow

And learn from every trial we face,

And find new ways to run life's race.

So let us take this pain and grief,

And let it be the spark, the brief,

That lights a fire deep within,

And gives us strength to fight and win.

For in the end, when all is said,

The battles fought, the journey led,

We'll find that suffering was but a tool,

To shape and mold us, make us cool.

And we'll emerge, stronger and more whole,

With greater courage in our souls,

And knowing that we can endure,

Through any pain that we may have to endure.

We'll look back on the trials we've faced,

And see how far we've come, how we've aced

The challenges that once seemed so immense,

And realize that suffering makes us immense.

It teaches us compassion, empathy, and love,

And how to lift others, like an angel above.

It gives us a sense of purpose and meaning,

And helps us find joy in the simple things.

So let us embrace our suffering with grace,

And trust that it will lead us to a better place,

For even in the darkest of nights,

There is always a glimmer of light.

And if we hold onto that hope,

And find the courage within to cope,

We'll find that suffering has not defeated us,

But rather, it has made us more virtuous.
