Do you ever,

stand in stillness

and let the world

swirl around you?

Feel your body

swaying with the breeze

listening to the

micro-brew of

insignificant storms?

Ponder the strength

of the wind

as it mingles with the

depths of your spirit?

walk into the water

to feel submerged

in the flowing expanse?

Allow the coolness

to calm the chatter

releasing the

internal pressure

as it rises?

Open your mind’s eye

to the clarity of the river

as it mimics

the streams in your veins?

find yourself lost

in the glow

of the moon?

Feel the movement

of the shadows

coaxing you

to explore

the vast unknown?

Wander in the darkness

as you surrender

to the multitude

of the cosmos?

To me,

are feelings of wholeness.
