If you exaggerate your limitations, you are imprisoning yourself.

If you enjoy the freedom you currently possess, you are expanding that freedom.

What truly traps people is often not the external world, but our own old self-predictions.

When you keep saying:

I can't.

I can't do it.

I lack ability.

I have no opportunity.

This is who I am.

Your soul's predictive model will begin to shrink.

It will delete possibilities for you and reduce your energy for action, leaving you living only within familiar boundaries.

But if you begin to see:

I am not perfect yet, but I can still move forward.

I still have limitations, but limitations are not my whole world.

I now possess a little freedom, and this freedom can be used, amplified, and expanded.

At that moment, your world begins to change.

Freedom doesn't arrive suddenly. Freedom is when you are no longer bound by old models in every choice you make.

The more you use freedom, the more it expands. The more you believe in limitations, the more entrenched those limitations become.

So, don't keep staring at your cage. Use the little light you already possess.

Because the true renewal of life doesn't begin when you're completely free, but rather, from within your limitations, by taking the first step.
