Starry Night

Dream on.

By Light AshlandPublished 8 years ago • 1 min read

My hands have been cold, summer air warming them up. I dream of a light breeze on my skin.

The sound of the trees talking to me, it's nice. Will it be like that tomorrow and the day after?

Like a flower growing, the moon gets brighter and brighter. The more I want you the more you fly away.

Starry night oh you shine so bright, please stay for awhile. The countless nights we shared, with a heavy heart.

Starry night oh you shine so bright, please stay for awhile. Winter comes you are no more, the clouds block that shine I love so much.

A day comes just like any other, repeats over and over again. But I'll wait for tomorrow hoping you Will come back.

Starry night oh you shine so bright, please stay for awhile.
