Some stains are hard to clean

Some marks will always stay

Like vivid midnight dreams

That refuse to float away

Carpet stains

That hide within a lego fortress

Of the plastic dragons' plains

Under tarnished brass menorahs

A time before any pain

Blood stains

On the wooden plank floors

Where no amount of shocks

return man from the morgue

And again the silence talks

Shower stains

things that wouldn't wash off

continuous struggle and pain

I am still not enough

scrubbed red marks remain

Some stains I can't clean

They are marks that always stay

My vivid midnight dreams

That have dragged me far away
