Squelch

Poem

I littered my words like pieces of my organs

Against the sharp rise of the building, jumped off too fast

Decapitated, I squished my mouth, I said too much and didn’t think cleanly like a feminine woman does

I cracked my neck, it felt good to hear the bones crinkle

I hit my face over and over and over and over with a belt, I was obstinate

I kicked my stomach, I couldn’t breathe, I was dreaming

I pulled my hair until I was thrown about the room like a little doll

I slammed myself with a metal bar

Squelch.

This was so vivid and raw ❤️ Loved it. I admire the freeness of your style. I loved this line "I cracked my neck, it felt good to hear the bones crinkle" because it literally does feel so good 😅
