The Most Beautiful Time of Year
Its my favorite time of the year
The smell of flowers surround me as I step outside
Memories of playing in my grandma's flowers
The sound of birds singing a song
My heart jumps as I can't help but sing along
I see the skies of blue, the grass of green
The most beautiful colors I have ever seen
The taste of ice cream touches my lips
I
The cool breeze brushes across my face
I smile as I welcome once again those beautiful spring days
In that moment, all is right in the world
Memories of an innocent time
I take a moment, being happy to be alive
