Springtime arrives with a burst of color
Flowers bloom and birds chirp with fervor
The air is filled with a sweet, fresh scent
As nature awakens from its winter descent
The days grow longer, the sun shines bright
A warmth fills the air, a comforting light
Trees unfurl their leaves, a vibrant green
A sight so lovely, it must be seen
The gardens come alive with blossoms so fair
The sounds of laughter, the feeling of care
Children play outside, their spirits high
In the embrace of springtime's gentle sigh
The world is reborn, a new beginning
A time of growth, of joy, of grinning
So let us celebrate this season of rebirth
And cherish every moment of this earthly mirth
For spring is a reminder of life's beauty
A time of hope, of love, of duty
So let us embrace the season with all our might
And revel in its splendor, from dawn till night.

Standing Still
There are very few moments in life where time truly stands still. When your breath is taken from your chest and your body hangs weightless in that moment. Just long enough for it to stay with you from that day onwards. Deep in the red sands of the Australian Outback, I found that moment and clung to it forever.
