"Eyes Wide with Innocence and Grace"

In the quiet of a sun-dappled glade,

I spy a deer, timid and afraid,

Eyes wide with innocence and grace,

A fleeting glimpse, a moment's embrace.

Through the rustling leaves it strides,

Hooves tapping softly, in quiet strides,

A whisper of nature's gentle lore,

In wilderness where spirits soar.

Spotting beauty in the golden light,

A flicker of movement, swift in flight,

Captured in fleeting, tender gaze,

A symphony of wonder, a poet's craze.

For in these brief encounters, I find,

A reflection of life's design,

Moments caught in nature's frame,

Spotted and cherished, never the same.
