No person is one colour.
No person is one trait.
No one has a single quality.
No one thing that makes them great.
We are all diverse and blended.
We all have many strengths.
Like the colours of a rainbow,
Our identities are wavelengths.
Red displays our passion
In anger, strength, and love.
Orange is warmth and balance,
What we like to be thought of.
Yellow is our brightness
In joy, idealism and hope.
Green is our rebirthing,
Our health and how we cope.
Blue is our tranquility,
Our calm and confidence.
Indigo is our display,
Of grace and elegance.
And finally, there’s purple,
Wisdom, honor, and temperance.
If you wish to change a colour’s meaning,
That is your preference.
Each of us is very different,
But we are all made the same.
With love, a miracle, and uniqueness,
Our spectrum and our name.
