Hear, the bells are ringing

As autumn dwindles

Spider silk unspindled

All huddle, bundled warm inside

⋆꙳•̩̩͙❅*̩̩͙‧͙ ‧͙*̩̩͙❆ ͙͛ ˚₊⋆

Silvery bells

Tinkle at the

Inference of a touch

⋆꙳•̩̩͙❅*̩̩͙‧͙ ‧͙*̩̩͙❆ ͙͛ ˚₊⋆

Chimes twinkle as

Beneath them, your hurried

Air pockets whoosh and rush

⋆꙳•̩̩͙❅*̩̩͙‧͙ ‧͙*̩̩͙❆ ͙͛ ˚₊⋆

Songs resound

With perfect clarity of pitch

Heralding joy and hibernal grandeur

⋆꙳•̩̩͙❅*̩̩͙‧͙ ‧͙*̩̩͙❆ ͙͛ ˚₊⋆

The sweet songbird call of the

Jocular serenading violin and piccolo

Ornament crisp air with restorative notes

⋆꙳•̩̩͙❅*̩̩͙‧͙ ‧͙*̩̩͙❆ ͙͛ ˚₊⋆

Barren aspen trees all a

Susurrus, with a secretly

Whispering wind

⋆꙳•̩̩͙❅*̩̩͙‧͙ ‧͙*̩̩͙❆ ͙͛ ˚₊⋆

The thip, thip, thip of

New snow, falling on its

Undisturbed brethren

⋆꙳•̩̩͙❅*̩̩͙‧͙ ‧͙*̩̩͙❆ ͙͛ ˚₊⋆

The frozen lake sends out

Pings and groans in the

Glaring winter sun

⋆꙳•̩̩͙❅*̩̩͙‧͙ ‧͙*̩̩͙❆ ͙͛ ˚₊⋆

Mountain coyotes

Sing yipping laments before

A star-studded backdrop

⋆꙳•̩̩͙❅*̩̩͙‧͙ ‧͙*̩̩͙❆ ͙͛ ˚₊⋆

Hollow evaporated

Dutch-baby snow

Crunches underfoot

⋆꙳•̩̩͙❅*̩̩͙‧͙ ‧͙*̩̩͙❆ ͙͛ ˚₊⋆

Sounds of

Winter beauty

Ring out true

⋆꙳•̩̩͙❅*̩̩͙‧͙ ‧͙*̩̩͙❆ ͙͛ ˚₊⋆

Bringing joy

And wonder

To all who hear
