Something to Take Away

Freshly squeezed orange juice

held in her teeth

from the only father she knew

and the woman who didn't love.

Maybe she should go

tidying in her own way

instead of sat on haunches

on the floor.

Haiku -

Fresh squeezed orange juice

drank from the only father

who did not know love.

Maybe she should go

tidying in her own way

instead of the floor.
