Somewhere, Someone Sees
Somewhere
Someone sings
Songs so sad
She seldom sees sanity.
Somewhere
Someone soars
So splendidly
She saves souls.
Somewhere
Someone searches
So solemnly seeking serotonin
She saves scraps surreptitiously.
Somewhere
Someone sighs
Sobbing so sporadically
She seems stable.
Somewhere
Someone stays sober
So steadfastly
She salvages something spectacular: self.
Somewhere
Someone sinks
So solidly subterranean
She seldom sees sunlight.
Somewhere
Someone screams
So shrilly surreal
She shatters superstitious stigmas.

About the Creator
Michelle Truman | Prose and Puns | Noyath Books
I fell in love with speculative fiction and poetry many years ago, but I have precious little time to write any. It was high time I started making Prose and Puns a priority, starting with Purple Poetry, Auqredis, and the World of Noyath.

the S letter in Ogham stands for Blackthorn (Straif), it is where we got the word Strife.
