Some Title That Has Meaning

Creation's curiously looking for fire

Yearning for warmth from cold

The feelings left them old

They left them cold

Contracted from disease

Searching for symbols leading to answers

When the best they can come up with is

"Shit, I don't know."

Once one passes on,

They ask Mother Earth to nurture their remains

Then look to the stars and say

"You're up there."

What the hell does it mean to be human?

To be a person?

Does it mean we find reasoning

Within crafted, self definition?

Or are we all here for no particular purpose of our own

To serve a being beyond our sight?

Shit, I don't know.

My feelings tell me though that it's getting old

My time is limited to this Earth

And I'd like to go find somewhere warm

Preferably, where the fire roams.
