Society's Paradox: A Girl's Struggle
Navigating Judgment and Seeking Justice
In the labyrinth of society, a girl stands tall,
Caught between judgment, pride, and a societal wall.
If she dares to defy, to follow her heart's desire,
The wrath of tradition, it sets society on fire.
For if she runs away with her lover, they say,
The neighborhood rises, wielding sticks, ready to slay.
Their pride offended, their honor besmirched,
They seek vengeance, their indignation lurch.
But if she's a victim of a crime so vile,
If she's raped, her innocence defiled,
The response is different, subdued and meek,
A candle march for justice, her voice they seek.
In the paradox of society's gaze,
The victim becomes the one to face.
Judgment and scorn, instead of support,
A cruel irony, her pain cut short.
Yet in the midst of darkness, a glimmer of hope,
For voices rise, refusing to cope.
Demanding justice, calling for change,
In the face of adversity, they rearrange.
For a girl in society, her journey is fraught,
But in unity, her battles are fought.
To dismantle the structures that oppress and confine,
To create a world where all can shine.
So let us stand together, hand in hand,
And fight for a world where justice will stand.
Where a girl's worth is not defined by her past,
But by the strength of her spirit, her courage steadfast.
