The breeze across my face.
Snuggled in my very special place.
The memories of only you.
Born with eyes so blue.
I never thought I would be a mom, of a baby girl like you.
Now grown up and working hard at all you do.
I look up at you, wishing I had the strength that you do shine.
Yet knowing in my heart, that you will always be fine.
There is no better place for a mother like me.
To find comfort in life with her wonderful family.
As I think of you, the things you know, the things you do.
Wishing I was strong and more like you.
Watching you finish school, then working hard every day.
Learning everything you could, to earn honest pay.
As I snuggle in my chair, often think of you.
Makes me find comfort and wish I knew.
That you would be the most amazing you.
My heart feels full, knowing you are doing great.
Make time for yourself, please celebrate.
Who you are, the woman you have become.
As I snuggle in my chair, so proud to be your mom.
