Believe it or not, snuggling is very important,

Physical touch can be hard for a lot of people, and that's okay,

Studies have shown that 94 percent of couples who regularly snuggle tend to report feeling happier in their relationship, compared to the 68 percent of couples who don't snuggle.

Sure, snuggling won't solve everything, but it does make a difference in day-to-day life.

Doesn't mean you need to run out to collect a partner- this isn't Pokémon Go.

Snuggling is known to be beneficial mentally and physically.

Having a pet can help with the snuggling,

They're not a human, but something about snuggling a dog or cat works just the same.

Just being able to snuggle with a body, whether a pet or a partner, makes a big difference in your overall well-being.

With a world full of hate, war and poverty, find yourself your version of a snuggle buddy.
