Smashed by the Drama

The wind blows the cobwebs from the musty room,

His mind opening to the ways of his yesterday,

Trees rustling, leaves dancing, sun smiling,

As he listens to all the Universe has to say.

If he listens closely, the wind will whisper in his ear,

“Ring me on the morrow with a description of your dream,

I’ll lift you up, give you all you need, promises of a better life,

If you’ll trust in my wisdom, I’m more than I seem.”

To his surprise he becomes a firm believer,

Knowing the words he heard were for his ears alone,

A preciousness that’ll join him on his lifelong ride,

A tribute and testimony hidden in the memory of his phone.

The glass shimmers and shakes with her force,

The message clearly one he needs to hear,

Mother Nature at his side, making him indestructible,

Quelling his deepest and darkest fear.

🌬️

The soft breeze flows across his smiling lips,

While the harshest gale pulverises his enemies to tiny bits,

Hallowed ground blossoms with love and harmony,

Wallowing in sanity, while his nemesis is scorched with hits.

🌬️

The whistling of her song soars under the wings of the birds,

Hovering them in silence as they surf the cresting breeze,

Flower pedals surround his feet in golden cushions of silk,

Lowering his stress levels into one of peace and ease.

🌬️

The silence hovers over his meditation rituals,

Giving wings their power and freedom from past pain,

The flutters on his soul crisp and cleansing,

Absolving him of his bloodcurdling blame.

🌬️

Tomorrow’s window of opportunity is his for the taking,

Asking only that he reaches forth and trusts in the process,

She is behind him every step of his lifelong journey,

If only he’ll trust the Universe to resolve all his stress.
