Silence unbroken

Slivers of whispers fading away

In the quiet shadows of night

Lilting voices drip like liquid light

Exiting the air, falling on the ground.

No shimmer of sound, no echoes of life

Creaking into our ears and minds. Only the

Ecstasy of living.
