TODAY IS YOURS...

So take charge.

Play with dreams, plant your faith.

Share it.

Seeds soon with grow, cultivate it.

Conquer fears, strengthen love, trust.

Texture your tongue, express your thoughts.

Smile!

Today is yours.

Now take it!

FAIRY TAILS

Buccaneers and pirates,

Damsels in distress.

Heroes that sleep for nothing, and yet always over rest.

Playing "knights in shining armor"

Two boys dance side by side.

One pricks the other and now both must die.

Running home to mommy.

Instead a lover find.

Passion flares within him, and her dress is torn to shreds.

No one knows the ending.

No one ever does.

So happily ever after is how the tale runs.

PEACE ON EARTH

Eggshell cream, cotton candy blue.

Powder white, sunset hue.

Many rainbows, many places.

Many languages, culture interlaces.

Pinks and greens, opposites finally meet.

Open souls, lie bared at each others feet.

Everywhere, around the world.

It is stated far and near.

Different voices, different tongues.

Look in their hearts, the meaning is clear.

"Peace on Earth to everyone."

SHELL

Tears of love, no more to shed.

Tears of pain, no more to dread.

He has come, to free my soul.

Joy is released, in a pool so cool.

Still and silent, stiff and numb.

Sitting here, staring, like I am dumb.

Empty shell, no more to care.

Long since forsaken, too late to know.

How to feel.

MUSIC

Black and bleak, dark and lonely.

Empty heart, fears abounding.

Dressed in best, no place to be.

All alone, no one holds my key.

Locked doors, all knobs rattle.

Empty words, yet tongues still prattle.

Standing still, all alone.

"Oh, dear heart! Where have you gone!"

My peace of mind, has shattered glass.

Cutting edges that, will forever last.

Sharpened tongue, cuts to perfection.

What is wrong? My heart is gone.

Longing for another, pain so brief.

Dark thoughts never spoken.

Black and bleak, dark and lonely.

Back forever. To square one.

INSANITY (UNSCRAMBLED)

Peace of mind, out of time.

Ebbs away, flies today.

Like a bat, life no more.

Pain is gone, to the door.

No more here, heart beat stopped.

Aches no more, love is lost.

EDUCATION

Peace of mind, part of soul.

Whole hearts lie torn apart on my floor.

Aches and pains. Loneliness.

Dread and fear, sweet caress.

Dare to dream, prepare to scream.

Drown them in wine, smother in cheese.

Complain of rules. Elders so cruel.

Desire is crushed, lust is washed.

Morons spew out foreign tongues.

Get strange looks.

Pick up a book.

And learn to read.

CHANGES

Pain seeps in through skin, numbing sensation.

A tear to the eye. Cries in the dark, the Beast never hears.

Growls sound in the night. Nobody cares.

Thirst known to no one. Hunger deep inside.

Buried like a corpse.

Crawling to above. With every move.

Heart beat fainter, strength subsides.

Hunger rises.

Thirst takes over, too late.

LOVE

Lips burn, skin sears skin.

Nails score flesh, blood bubbles forth.

Cries of ecstasy and pain.

Wounds are kissed, blood licked.

Words of love, limbs intertwine.

Teeth nibble at veins. A tooth breaks through.

A fountain of youth burst forth.

Love is drunk like ruby wine. Hungrily.

A heartbeat quickens and then begins to fade.

UNTITLED

Friendship is forsaken, love of that kind no longer exists.

Hatred takes over, creeping into the heart where joy and harmony once reigned free.

Now is locked away.

Caress the dark side, taste the death.

Peace makers, most run in fear.

One stands tall, takes the challenge with her all.

Joy, humor, logic, and sense her tools.

Will she win?

Who knows.

POSSESSIONS

Barred windows, four white walls, closing in. Paintings with evil grins.

Surrounding me.

Decisions to make, people are fake.

Joy equals sorrow, when objects be borrowed.

Toys and things of no life own.

People's flesh of little value known.

Souls bought for free.

Devil smiles with glee, at all the greed and misery.

The Saint grieves, and yearns to embrace nothing more than the plain and simple truth.

HOPE

Try with time...

...it still ticks.

Break a mind...

...it still thinks.

Break a record...

...music still plays.

Scratch blackboards...

... rules break.

Promises broken...

... hearts will mend.

Freeze your soul...

...the ice will melt.

Pain increases...

...numbness fades.

Tomorrow is another day...

...continue on life.

DREAM CHILD

Pale blue, dreams of peace.

Soft and still, sweet release.

Conquer fears, shed no tears.

Secrets no more to hide.

Pains no more to be unkind.

Hope stand firm.

Despair melts away.

Impending doom, no more to stay.

Sleep my dream child, rest in peace.

For here by your side, I shall remain.

Till dusk is dawn. And no darkness be retained.

HISTORY

Etch out time with a petal. Cut it with a sword.

Round and round it tumbles. Oblivious in it hoard.

Lost in its own lies. Picking out its favorite qualities.

Repeating itself. Never ending circle.

Read a book. Take a look.

At your future.

THE HUNT

Tall and slender, short and stout.

Fresh and fragrant, plastic and long-lasting.

No matter what, the symbol is the same.

Comes in so many sizes and shapes, colors and scents.

Almost impossible to find, one right for me.

But find it I must! And find it I did!

That glorious bit of brush, for me and my kin.

Our Christmas Tree!

BREATH

Spent and worn, summer winds have blown.

No more to stay.

Cool breath remains, and peaceable winter gains,

its turn to reign.

UNTITLED 2

Unicorns and dragons, Pegasus wings fly through the air on butterfly dreams.

Rainbows soar high.

Leprechauns gold, magic abides, within their shining hoard.

Fairy folk with dragonfly wings. Fluttering her and there.

Nectar gathering is their care.

Interrupt or disturb their merry work, and a wand soon will appear, that totally hurts.

Demons, and trolls lurk in the dark.

Evil flutters its wings. Lost souls scream.

No life exists here. Humans run in fear.

The secrets of the Enchanted Wood remain well his, for yet another day.
