I believe I’d have done it in any life.

Take the roots of chaos within me to save you.

We always missed each other by threads.

The very threads that wove our fated separation.

Sacrificing every piece of me hoping that perhaps, you’d get to be whole this time around.

You and I spent eternity searching for something that never belonged to us.

Ripping apart space and time, clinging to a love we could not allow ourselves to part with.

Yet,

It was not all for nothing.

The pain of having crossed paths with someone you were so sure you shared a fate with, only for you to have to separate...

  • Gosh this hit me so hard. Such a poignant and emotional poem!
