Silver Sunday

Wanna have it your way

See you on the highway

Could have had me some day

Lazy eyes on Sunday.

Cold mountain highway

Couldn't take it no way

See you out of your way

I'll come back some day

Lazy eyes on Sunday.

Hair blowing in the breeze

Wouldn't look back if he said please,

Feel the shaking in my knees

Inhibitions, I'll at ease.

I'll see you on the highway

Lazy eyes on Sunday.

She found a better place for her to stay

Fifteen hundred miles away

She'll take the interstate all the way.

All on a Lazy eye Sunday.
