Silent Messengers Of The Night
...hidden beauty within the night
Silent messengers of the night,
Creatures shrouded in mystery and might,
Winged beings with feathers so light,
Whispering secrets in their flight.
Owls, with eyes that pierce the dark,
Guardians of the night, vigilant and stark,
Their eerie call, a haunting mark,
Of wisdom, truth, and sacred art.
Bats, with wings that beat so fast,
Navigating through the shadows, a masterful cast,
Seeking out sustenance, hunger driving their task,
Their nocturnal struggles, a life that is vast.
Silent messengers of the night,
Their presence felt but out of sight,
Reminding us of life's cyclical plight,
And the beauty hidden within the night.
