Some people are there to remind you to turn around. In everyone's life, there will be moments when change is necessary.

It doesn't happen suddenly; there are always signs. It’s just that we often don’t want to admit it.

Life will give you signs, reminding you to pay attention to the arrival of a turning point." Whether at work or in life, you will encounter people who break your heart—those who repeatedly hurt you, disappoint you, and make you doubt yourself.

Actually, the signs have already appeared. It’s just that we always think, "Try a little harder, be a little more tolerant, do a little more," and maybe the other person will be moved.

But the most honest thing about life is this: Persistence does not always lead to a turnaround.

Some relationships cannot be repaired by time; some people cannot be moved by sincerity. We have all harbored a little bit of complacency, thinking our efforts will be understood and our waiting will be seen.

However, time will slowly teach you: What you should truly do is not to endure, but to discern.

Life is precious; don't waste it on people who drain you. If you unfortunately encounter them, wave goodbye gracefully. It is not cold-heartedness, but clarity; not ruthlessness, but self-love. Bear the responsibilities you can carry, and let go of the weight you shouldn't.

What life needs is never endless patience, but the wisdom to discern. This wisdom doesn’t come from a single epiphany; it grows slowly through daily experience.

May you understand the signals life gives you at every moment you need to turn around, and may you have the courage to move toward a lighter life.
